The room situation was pretty rough. The AC didn't work, and we found bugs, which was a total letdown. We had issues with the key cards not working and had to get those fixed multiple times. The windows were just glass panels that didn’t close properly, which made it hot. Breakfast was non-existent in this tiny room with barely any options. Definitely not a pleasant stay.
